Dragons

Good day Beloved,

Remember back when “Game of Thrones” was all the rage? I had heard that the dragons were spectacular to behold. I fast forwarded through the whole thing just to watch the bits with the dragons and then stopped when the first dragon was killed. They were fabulous dragons from egg to first death. As it happens I have a T-shirt that says “This is my human costume. I am really a dragon” I oft get asked if it related to “GOT” when I wear but it is not. I just believe in dragons.

I believe that along with angels, cherubim, and seraphim, there are dragons around the the throne of God. Oh and unicorns too. I know, here is the part where you think I am off my rocker. Tell you what, you believe what you believe and I will believe what I believe. OK, no judgements Beloved. Who are we as humans to say who and what God has gathered ’round Himself? From my reading and study, the “Garden” was full of all kinds of flora and fauna. They all communed with each other and with God. I choose to believe that someday when all things are as they should be again, all kinds of flora and fauna will again be communing with each other and with all the “peoples” that He created.

Beloved, are there things that you believe in that carry your hopes to the heights? Things that you hold close in your heart? I hope there are. Keep them secured and hold tight to them. They are are for you and your God only Beloved. We people need to have hopes to hang our hearts on. No matter how big or how small, they are all important to safe guard.

To me, dragons are there to safeguard those hopes and dreams. Some day Beloved, some day. We shall see things as they are meant to be.
