Practice

Hello Beloved, I have been watching my kittens lately kind of being wishful and grateful at the same time. It has been raining a good bit this week past and the kittens have been a bit quieter and sleepy. They flop just about anywhere and get so relaxed. Contentment oozes from them. Not a care in their minds or weighing on their hearts.

Oh to be like that. It actually seems to take some hard work to get to the point where you reach total relaxation. It takes practice to clear away everything that could weigh on your mind and heart. I think it is something we all could benefit from. Not learning how to relax can take a major toll on our bodies.

I am of the opinion that we are created to let our creator do the heavy lifting for us. Easy to say, harder to practice. Ever think about why professions are referred to as practices. Doctors and lawyers practice their craft because they never get to the point where they know everything there is to know. We practice the art of relaxing. We practice the art of living.

Beloved, breath with me in, and out. Practice the art of loving yourself. Practice the art of loving others. Practice the art of contentment. Blessed be Beloved, blessed be.
